In 2006, Linuo Puyang Company and Hongjitang Pharmaceutical Technical Center were both certified as Provincial Enterprise Technical Center by Henan Province Science and Technology Agency as well as Shandong Science and Technology Center.

In 2006, Sino-Germany Solar Energy Research Institute was established and certified as Shandong Solar Photovoltaic Project Research Center by Shandong Science & Technology Agency. In 2007, Hubei Industrial Coating Project Technology Research Center was established in Wuhan Twin-Tigers Group.

In December 2007, Institute of Energy Optoelectronics was established by Tsinghua and Linuo Group, which was dedicated to solar medium-high temperature heat collecting technology and photovoltaic application, aiming to develop international advanced solar heat utilization technology and promote the solar thermal and photovoltaic development.

In December 2001, Linuo Group was authorized as Post-doctoral Technology Research Center of Jinan Science-Technology Park, which further promoted the scientific and technical innovation capability.

As the research center for Hongjitang Pharmaceuticals, a large sum of provincial key research projects were undertaken, which in turn promote the research and development level of the company.

In 2007, the first Shandong 'Taishan Scholar' Station for solar thermal and solar photovoltaic application was established, and experts at home and abroad were invited.

In April 2007, Linuo Group was authorized as National Residential Industrialization Base, becoming the first national residential industrialization base in solar industry in China, which greatly promotes the development of integration of solar energy and buildings.
